Challenge.
Executive AI ambition existed, but there was no view of where AI would remove work and no pilot had reached production.
What we did.
Mapped use cases against functional workloads, prioritised value and feasibility, and developed pilots with defined production criteria.
The outcome.
Mapped 40 use cases and prioritised 12, with assessed potential of approximately 15% of addressable effort, or EUR 13m. Four pilots were taken to production criteria.
